Dear Brothers and Sisters,
We hope that by now our Local 1069 Sisters and Brothers have received their “2022 Annual Enrollment” brochure from The Boeing Company. The annual enrollment period is November 2, 2021 – November 23, 2021. This leaflet will explain all health care, insurance, and benefit options. Please read this pamphlet thoroughly and explore your choices. If you have any additional questions or need assistance in navigating through your benefits resources in “Worklife” see one of your Union Representatives or contact us at the Union Hall.

In addition, we have combined our November 28, 2021 and December 26, 2021 General Membership meetings and set the new meeting date for December 5, 2021. This was approved by our membership at our last meeting which was held on October 12, 2021. This meeting change is due to the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday breaks. Please make note of this new date and plan on attending. I am certain our members have many questions and concerns they would like to discuss.

Reminder: Our UAW Local 1069 Women’s Committee partnered with our Community Service Committee will be hosting our “11th Annual Toy Drive and Lunch with Santa” at your Union Hall (1000 E. 4th St. Eddystone Pa. 19022) on Saturday, December 4, 2021 from 10 AM – 2 PM. We will be collecting unwrapped toys for children up to 12-years-old. All toys collected will be donated to underprivileged children through our local charities and distributed to our local shelters. Please come out with your family and friends to enjoy this great time away from the plant. Our committees always do a great job providing food, refreshments, and entertainment for the kids. If unable to attend, you can make donations to any member of the Women’s Committee, Community Service Committee, your E. I. Facilitator, or drop off at your Union Hall.
