Dear Brothers and Sisters,
The Communications Committee would like to invite everyone out to our Spring Annual Softball Tournament on June 6, 2015 at 9am, at the Mickey Vernon Fields in Marcus Hook. Every year this is a great time for our membership to come out and get to know one another.
The cost will be $200 per team, which will cover field permits, balls and empires. We will be selling food and water at the field. All the proceeds from this tournament will be donated to the 32nd Annual Champs and Charity. Last year, Champ and Charity raised over $37,000 for the American Cancer Society. Help us to surpass that amount this year by coming out and having a good time!
The rules for this year are as follows:
- Players must work for Boeing (Union or Non-union – must have a badge)
- Single wall bats only
- Unlimited hitters allowed
- Pitch count will be a 1-1 start
